I made this for the Wednesday sketch challenge over on Splitcoaststampers. Layout always seems to be a challenge for me, so when I see a good sketch I'm all over it!
The focal panel uses the Faux Silk technique from last weeks technique tutorial from Splitcoaststampers. It has Dazzling Diamonds glitter all over it (I wish you could see the sparkle in person). The big flower is watercolored on Shimmery white paper with my watercolor crayons and aquapainter. I then used a black glaze pen on the flower stamen. Before attaching the flower to the card with a dimensional, I shaped it to add more textural interest to the card.
Thanks for looking!
