Get your motor runnin.......

Hello! Hoping everyone is having a wonderful Tuesday so far. Today I have another card that was created for a TCPTUES challenge! This one was an inspiration challenge and boy did Jen not disappoint.

I mean, how can you not be inspired by something like that? I went with the obvious (i.e. color scheme, scallops and stripes) but when choosing my stamp, I couldn't help but think of Springtime in the Rockies and the ever returning sound of the people hopping on their motorbikes once again. I couldn't help but select the TCP stamp "Joyride" for this challenge! This little gal has the wind blowing freely through her whiskers and ears (not to mention her fashionable scarf)!

This little ladies hotrod has a custom paint job created by Linda's Customs. I'm hoping you can see the coat of crystal effects with a little TCP Glitzy German glass glitter added to the mix. Her tires have even been dolled up with a little Copic Spica pen action.

Hoping to be back soon with something else fun!

Linda

Pot O'Sprinkle

I know...this is getting published a little late. Better late than never I always say!

I actually made this for another TCP Tuesday challenge (TCPTUES148 Lets Get Lucky). The challenge was posted by Susan Liles to use any TCP stamps to wish someone good luck or for St. Patrick's Day!
I have a lot of pics so I'll keep it short and sweet. Used lots of goodies (Pennant CutUps and a bevvy of TCP stamps (including rubber...lol!)) to make this little beauty! Love the little 'Lucky' Jolie's sticker that I found. Not sure how well Alma would approve of PJ drinking a beer, but hey, everyone should celebrate on St. Patrick's Day! *wink*

A TCP St. Pat's Banner wouldn't be the same without Poochie!

One also needs a Shamrock of course.....

And of course you need Sprinkle (the TCP official mascot) thrown in for good measure! The image of Sprinkle poppin out of the Pot O Gold is actually red rubber and can still be found at TCP!

Supplies:

Stamps: It Had To Be Mew, Honey Bear, A Beary Good Year, Pot O'Sprinkle, Poochie (all from TCP).

Paper: Kraft and Shimmery White (SU), Good Luck dp (Remininse)
Other: Pennant CutUps (TCP), Swirl and Swiss Dot embossing folder, Lime Green Stickles, various copics, Bling, Jolee's Stickers, Jenni Bowlin calendar, misc ribbon, eyelets

Honey of a Bear

Hello again. I'm back with another fun TCP Challenge card! This one was a fabulous sketch challenge posted by one of my stampin idols and cat packers Leigh O'Brien!

I used one of the newest release stamps from The Cats Pajamas called Honey Bear! Little PJ is fast worming his way into my heart as one of my favorite stamps to play with. He is so easy to paper piece (as I did here with MME 'Gertie' Stella & Rose dp) as well as color with Copics. All paper is sponged within centimeters of its life with Pumice Stone Distress ink along with some faux stitching. I also used some other favorite things on this card. I tell ya...what did we do before there were dies? I used my fave Pennant CutUps and Flower Button CutUps from TCP along with a smidge of Lemon Divine Twine (I still need to get over my hoarder tendencies but I'm learning).

Enjoy!

Supplies:

Stamps: Honey Bear (TCP)
Paper: Shimmery White and Baja Breeze (SU), Lemon Tart (PTI), 'Gertie' Stella & Rose dp (MME)
Other: Pennant and Flower Button CutUps (TCP), Lemon Tart Satin Ribbon (PTI), Lemon Divine Twine (TCP), Swiss Dot embossing folder
