November Three Peeps Challenge

I'm late for this month's Three Peeps challenge. Hopefully Toni and Karrie will forgive me! I'm not totally happy with this card...the 'three circles' aspect of the challenge was really challenging me! LOL! I also hate how the sponging on the main image and sentiment turned out. I may just have to remake this one! LOL!

This months challenge was to use a turkey image from TCP, use glitter, and to have three circles present on the card. Two of my circles you can easily see, you may not be able to easily see the circles stamped on the background.

I'm off to go clean my house! Today is going to be a memorable day for both of my boys. They are each going to receive a "Fizz" award at their school spirit assembly today. It will be a huge surprise for both of them. Mommy couldn't be prouder and will be there with camera in hand!

I have a couple of cool projects that I will be tackling this month. When I was able to meet Sue and Toni up in Denver a few weeks ago, Toni and I went shopping. LOL! We each picked up a cute Advent Calendar with slide out drawers to alter. I only purchased the one when I was out with Toni, and then picked up another when I was at Archiver's the other day (when I started thinking about it, each boy would have been wanting their own plus it is something that each will have as a keepsake someday when they are off on their own). I also will be making a December daily album, ala Ali Edwards. I've had fun picking up supplies for this project along with shopping in my own stash.

Thanks for stopping by!

Ooooh, check out Sprinkle with her glittery turkey feathers!! So bling-y!

And I was thinking the very same thing about that calendar...I just know I'm not going to be able to get away with making just one for them to "share"...what was I thinking???

I love your card! It's sooooo cute! Now that I know a little more about the advent calendar, I think it's the one from Karen Foster that I saw in a magazine. And now that I know Arch's has it, I know where to get one! I may bet there today in CS - have to take my neice home. Or when I go shopping next week in Chicago!!! Hope you're having a great weekend!

Linda, what a great thanksgiving card, Linda! Great take on the challenge too - Sprinkles looks CUTE - really like how you glitter her feather. From where I sit, the sponging looks just right! :)
